Introduction Letter

I came to the United States for three reasons. One is that my family wanted to have a new life in America. Other is that my father was in America. In addition, my parents want us to have better education here. These reasons led my family on a long trip to the United States. Our life totally changed by this trip.

I am a friendly person. I like to meet new friends. Therefore, I have a lot of friends in school. I also like to help people when they need help. I think I am optimistic because I always think about something in good ways. The bad thing about me is sometimes I don’t have patience to do something. Sometimes, my younger brother asks me a Math question. However, this question I taught him how to do before. He forgot it. I teach again but he still doesn’t get it. I can’t explain too many times. In this time I lack patience.

In school, my favorite subject is Math. I don’t know why I like Math. Perhaps, it is easy for me. Maybe most of the time I do well on it. One thing I am sure is that I have self-confidence that I have ability to do very well in Math. When I have free time, I like to read books, listen to music and use the computer. To read books can increase my knowledge. To listen to music can make my life have more delight. To use the computer, I can learn many things I want to learn from Internet. My favorite sport is badminton and I play it well. I like music. Therefore, like to play piano and violin. However, I don’t know how to play. Every time, when I see the pianists or violinists play piano or violin, I always feel they have so much talent. I like to play piano and violin because I like how they would give my life more fun.

My family is a happy and warm family. There are five people in my family, my parents, my brothers and me. We get along with each other. My parents are nice. They love us very much. Sometime, I discuss some topics with my father. Perhaps, I’ll have more chances to contact with American society. Sometime my viewpoints are different from my father’s viewpoints. However, we still like to discuss something together. L like my family even though sometimes there are arguments.

I am a junior now. After one more year, I will graduate from high school. I think eleventh grade is hardest time in high school because in eleventh grade we need to take the SAT to go to college. It is the most difficult test we’re even taken before. In eleventh grade, we need to plan go to college. A lot of things need to be done. Right now, I just want to raise my average because my average and SAT score are very important to me to go to college. In the same time, I need to improve my English. I want to be a successful accountant after I graduate from college. I know I will achieve my goal. Yes, I will.
